Jackson Grundy first opened its doors on 12th June 1994. Since then the company has grown to 10 residential estate agency branches, each one positioned to link effectively with the others to ensure maximum coverage for your home. All offices are staffed with experienced professionals committed to delivering an excellent service for both vendors and purchasers alike. There are no automated answering systems and all clients are dealt with personally by our friendly teams. Our unique property marketing includes eye-catching oval For Sale/Sold boards, prominent office window displays, exclusive user friendly website, inclusion on the Rightmove property portal, detailed floorplans, Inspire magazine, a minimum of 40 full colour pages of advertising in the local press every week and our countywide branch network. We are registered members of both the NAEA and OEA providing peace of mind for all clients and are also committed to giving something back to the communities in which we work by supporting local school and sports projects as well as being the main sponsors of Northampton Town Football Club.
1994 - Duston
It all started here! Our first office, located in the heart of the old village, covers the whole of Duston as well as the neighbouring districts of Dallington, Upton and Upton Grange. Coverage is also provided for the villages of Kislingbury, Bugbrooke, Nether Heyford, Upper Heyford and Harpole, all of which have superb facilities and, with the exception of the latter, fall into the sought after Campion School catchment area. Main road access to this part of the county is provided via the M1 (Junctions 16 and 15a) as well as the A45 local ring road and A5. |

1995 - Northampton
This office has an extremely varied selection of properties from its coverage of all the town centre districts including Kingsthorpe, St James, The Mounts, Semilong, Far Cotton, Delapre, Camp Hill, Briar Hill, Hunsbury, Wootton Fields, Westone and the eastern districts. In addition it serves the popular villages of Little Houghton and Great Houghton. For commuters the town’s railway station has main lines to both Birmingham New Street and London Euston. |

1997 - Moulton
With its own primary and secondary schools, doctors surgery, post office, petrol station and shops, the village of Moulton is a popular choice. Subsequently as the only estate agent based here, we are first port of call for buyers looking to move into this popular area of the county. Coverage from this office is extended to the nearby villages of Boughton, Pitsford, Overstone, Sywell, Brixworth, Holcot, Hannington, Walgrave, Old, Scaldwell, Broughton and the newly created village of Mawsley. Main road access to these Northamptonshire villages is provided by the A508, A43 and A14. |

1998 - Long Buckby ‘Incorporating The Village Agency’
This office was established some 30 years ago as The Village Agency and is situated in the heart of Long Buckby, a village with numerous facilities and a diverse range of properties. 1998 - Daventry
This historic market town has been revitalised in recent years following the establishment of the rail freight terminal (DIRFT) which brought many new jobs to the area and a large amount of redevelopment. Offering a vast selection of new and well established homes in the town, this High Street office also covers the beautiful south west villages of Kilsby, Barby, Ashby St Ledgers, Braunston, Welton, Norton, Staverton, Newnham, The Catesbys, Willoughby, Badby, The Everdons, Weedon, The Stowes, Farthingstone, Litchborough, Woodford Halse, Byfield and Eydon. 2001 - Abington

2003 - Roade
This village to the south of Northamptonshire is extremely popular as a result of its successful secondary school. As with Moulton, we are the only estate agent within this thriving village, allowing us to offer a diverse range of properties both within Roade itself and the neighbouring villages of Rothersthorpe, Gayton, Blisworth, Tiffield, Shutlanger, Wootton, Collingtree, Quinton, Hackleton, Piddington, Horton, Milton Malsor, Hartwell, Ashton and Stoke Bruerne. The latter is famous of course for its canal but for more traditional transportation there is easy access to the M1, A45, A508 and A428 roads. |

2007 - Kingsley
The newest addition to our branch network covers a diverse range of properties spanning from Kingsley and Links View to the ever popular Poets Corner and Phippsville districts of Northampton. Continuing along the Kettering Road coverage is extended to take in Spinney Hill and Parklands. Our office is centrally located on Kingsley Park Terrace near the Racecourse, home to many local events including Northampton’s colourful annual Balloon Festival. This area as a whole offers numerous amenities and is only a short drive away from the A43 and A45 ringroads. |
