Location & Opening Hours
Our offices are located in Bridge Street, Northampton and Foundry Court (off High Street), Daventry and our opening hours are 9am until 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays (2pm in Northampton).
Advertising
We advertise in the weekly property sections of the Northampton Chronicle & Echo, Northampton Herald & Post and Daventry Express newspapers. Every property is advertised with both a photograph and a description as well as being displayed in our office windows. In addition to this your property will also be featured on our website as well as on www.rightmove.co.uk.
Mailing List
Details of your property, including a photograph, are distributed to prospective tenants who either register on our mailing list or visit our offices. We also liaise with companies who are bringing employees into Northamptonshire - a great source of quality tenants.
Viewings
All property viewings are accompanied by a member of staff, taking care to observe restrictions on smokers and pet owners.
References
Once a prospective tenant is found a strict referencing process and interview takes place. We will then inform you about their suitability.
Staff
Definitely our finest asset and all experienced in residential letting matters. Additionally, the office manager is never far away and is of course well versed with the law relating to residential property management.
Payments
We have a computerised system which means funds can be paid to you as soon as they are received from the tenant.
Deposits
All deposits are held under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, ensuring that money is protected.
Ombudsman
We believe that our service is comprehensive and our team extremely professional. However, in the unlikely event that you have reason to be unhappy with our service, our voluntary membership of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents provides for an independent body with whom to liaise and resolve matters.
