Our detailed inventories and regular inspection visits will ensure the property you decide to rent is maintained to the highest standard, and of course we are always on hand for any emergencies that may occur.
Location & Opening Hours
Our offices are located in Bridge Street, Northampton and Foundry Court (off High Street), Daventry and our opening hours are 9am until 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays (2pm in Northampton).
Advertising
We advertise in the weekly property sections of the Northampton Chronicle & Echo, Northampton Herald & Post and Daventry Express newspapers and all properties are displayed in our office windows. Alternatively, you can search our own exclusive website or www.rightmove.co.uk to find your new home.
Mailing List
When you register with us or visit one of our offices, you will be provided with our detailed property list which contains photographs, property descriptions and tenancy terms of every property available.
Viewings
All property viewings are accompanied by a member of staff, who can answer any questions you may have about the rental process.
Deposits
All deposits are held under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, ensuring that your money is protected.
Ombudsman
We believe that our service is comprehensive and our team extremely professional. However, in the unlikely event that you have reason to be unhappy with our service, our voluntary membership of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents provides for an independent body with whom to liaise and resolve matters.
